Your Directors unanimously recommend that you REJECT the Offer. Your Directors intend to reject the Offer in respect of their own shareholdings that comprise 13.5% of Rey.

Rey is a company with an exciting future which will be forgone by you if you accept the Offer. Rey is in the privileged position of owning 100% of a large project in an emerging region, and your Board and management are focused on maximizing the value of assets in the canning Basin for you, our Shareholders.

Your Directors consider that the Offer significantly undervalues Rey and that you will be better off retaining your Rey Shares rather than accepting the Offer.
