Julian Ludowici was previously the Chairman and Managing Director of Customers Limited. His mineral exploration experience includes Chairman and Managing Director of BeMaX Resources NL during the time of the discovery of the world-class mineral sands deposits in the western Murray Basin, NSW. He is a director of the listed company Ludowici Ltd, that manufactures and supplies mineral processing equipment for coal washing plants and hard rock screening in Australia and internationally, including Chile and Peru.

Kevin Wilson has over 25 years experience in the minerals and finances industries. He was previously the Managing Director of Leviathan Resources, a Victorian gold mining company, from its IPO in 2005 through to its sale in 2006. His experience includes 8 years as a geologist with the Anglo American Group in Africa and  North America; and 14 years as a stockbroking analyst and investment banker with CS First Boston and Merrill Lynch in Australia and New York.

Bruce PrestonBruce Preston is an exploration geophysicist with extensive experience in geophysical prospecting over mineral and petroleum provinces in Australia, Southeast Asia and the Pacifi c during the 1970s and 1980s, including eight years as a Senior Geophysicist for Robertson Research (Australia) Ltd. Exploration work has spanned several mineral commodities including copper, gold, nickel, lead-zinc, coal and petroleum. Major projects included the exploration for deep copper orebodies at the Mt Isa Mine in Queensland (for MIM Holdings Ltd, 1980) and an assessment of the petroleum potential of Papua New Guinea (for the PNG Government) funded by the Word Bank, 1985.

More recently, Bruce spent 13 years in the stockbroking industry mainly as a resource analyst specialising in mining company and commodities research, focussing on base metals, gold and coal. Positions have included: Senior Resource Analyst, Morgan Stockbroking Limited (1987-1990), Chief Resource Analyst Nomura Securities Australia (1991- 1995), Head of Resources Research James Capel Australia (1995-1996) and Senior Base Metals Analyst at Bell Securities Limited (1996-1998).

Jose BahamondesJose Bahamondes is a Chilean-Australian engineer with more than 30 years of project and mining experience in Australia, Chile and Peru. In Chile he worked at Codelco’s underground copper mine “El Teniente” and Anglo-American’s open pit copper mine “Mantos Blancos”.

In Australia during the 1970s and 1980s he was employed on the initial development of Metramar Minerals gold-antimony mine, “Blue Spec”, in Western Australia followed by work at Joy Mining & Manufacturing as production planner of mining equipment for the coal mining industry, and more recently at Transfi eld as a Project Engineer for the erection and commissioning of BHP’s coal loaders in NSW at Kurrajong Island and Port Kembla.

Jose Bahamondes has spent the past eight years exploring for minerals in Peru and Chile and identified the gold and copper prospects that are now held by Rey. He established a network of local experienced exploration professionals in Chile and Peru.

Alan Humphris is an investment banker with more than 25 years’ experience in Australia and offshore markets specialising in corporate fi nance and advisory services. He is currently Managing Director of Balmoral Capital, a boutique Sydney-based merchant banking firm established by him in 1996. Previously he was an Executive Director of Hambros Australia Limited and Head of Hambros Corporate Finance Limited, and earlier he was a director of J P Morgan Australia Limited.

Alan Humphris has had experience in the resources sector in both advisory and prior non-executive director roles.

Mr. Jagatramka is a qualified Chartered Accountant with All India 1st rank. He has more than 15 years of experience in Tax Consultancy and Merchant Banking activity. He has been managing the affairs of Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd. since March 1997. Under his leadership, the production capacity of Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd has been expanded to make it the largest non-captive Low Ash Metallurgical Coke manufacturer in India.

James McClements is a senior partner and co-founder of Resources Capital Funds (RCF), a resources investment group. He has led the organisation since inception and is chiefly responsible for the implementation of the Fund's investment strategy. He has extensive experience in the industry, particularly in the field of resource financing and investment in junior mining companies globally. Prior to the launch of RCF 1 in 1998, he was, for a period of four years, Senior Vice President and Director of N.M. Rothschild & Sons (Denver), and was responsible for the North American Resources banking. James worked in Rothschild Australia Limited in Sydney for four years, specializing in the financing junior mining companies. His background also includes work with Standard Chartrered Bank Australia Limited as a resource credit analyst and with the Broken Hill Proprietary ("BHP") mining company in Mt.Newman.
